The Anti-Resolution Revolution Starts Here
Traditional resolutions rely on guilt, pressure, and willpower. Real change begins with biology.
This three-part New Year wellness series invites you to step away from forcing and into understanding. Together, we explore what has truly been influencing your energy, mood, weight, and stress, and how listening to your body can create lasting change.

When change doesn’t last, it’s rarely a discipline problem.
More often, it’s a biology problem.
The familiar “New Year, New Me” approach often asks us to push harder, fix faster, and override what the body is feeling.
The Anti-Resolution Revolution helps you move away from guessing and into understanding. Instead of chasing fixes, you’ll learn how to recognize the patterns your body has been communicating for years.
In this clinician-led series, we explore why many high-functioning adults feel stuck despite doing all the “right” things and how symptoms like fatigue, mood changes, sleep disruption, weight resistance, and stress are often meaningful signals rather than failures.
By the End of the Series, You’ll Understand:
Why effort alone doesn’t create sustainable change
What your body may be communicating beneath fatigue, mood shifts, weight changes, and stress
Why clarity begins when physiology is addressed first
This is not about fixing yourself.
It’s about understanding your body with more precision and compassion.
What You’ll Learn — The 3-Part Series
This three-part clinician-led series explores how sleep, hormones, and stress physiology shape energy, mood, weight, and overall well-being.
Each session builds understanding, without overwhelm, and stands on its own.
Session 1:
Sleep & Weight
Sleep Your Way to Skinny
Tuesday, January 13 | 7 PM CT
Your metabolism follows your sleep more than your diet.
If weight feels resistant and energy is low despite your efforts, sleep may be the missing piece.
You’ll learn:
How sleep shapes metabolism and cravings
The sleep signal that slows fat burning
Why exhaustion, not willpower, matters most
One shift that helps the body exit survival mode
Session 2:
Hormones, Mood & Metabolism
The Hormone Hoax
Tuesday, January 20 | 7 PM CT
Many people chase hormones that aren’t the real issue.
This session explains why labs can look “normal” while symptoms persist, and what actually drives balance.
You’ll learn:
Why hormone fixes often fall short
The overlooked signal behind midlife symptoms
The hormone few people test, but should
Why fatigue, mood, and weight changes aren’t inevitable
Session 3:
Stress Chemistry & Calm
The Chemistry of Calm
Tuesday, January 27 | 7 PM CT
Stress isn’t just mental, it’s physical.
If you feel wired, tired, or overwhelmed despite doing “all the right things,” this session explains why.
You’ll learn:
Where anxiety lives in the body
Why some calming tools backfire
What drives brain fog and emotional overload
The missing link behind chronic stress
